Lumière PayCheck checks an x402 endpoint before your AI agent pays it.

AI agents now pay for APIs on their own with x402: an endpoint answers "402 Payment Required" with a price, the agent pays in USDC, and gets the data. Nothing in that flow tells the agent whether the endpoint works, whether the price is right, or whether the payout wallet is the real one. PayCheck answers those questions before the money moves.

HOW IT WORKS PayCheck monitors every endpoint in the x402 Bazaar. Every 30 minutes it checks each one's price, payout wallet, uptime and response time, and small real payments confirm endpoints deliver what they advertise. Each endpoint gets a grade and a verdict: proceed, caution or avoid. Before paying, your agent asks "may I pay this endpoint this amount to this wallet?" and gets allow or deny, with the reasons.

FOR AGENT BUILDERS

Free checks, no account or API key
MCP server for Claude, Cursor and any MCP client: https://lumierepaycheck.org/mcp
npm package x402-paycheck, plus a REST API
Paid delivery tests, and known-answer tests that check values, not just the format
Payout-wallet hijack detection that doesn't punish normal rotations
On-chain usage: real x402 payments and buyers on Base and Solana
Wallet risk with OFAC sanctions screening
Signed webhook alerts when an endpoint breaks, changes wallet or raises its price

FOR TEAMS

Scoped agent keys with allowed sellers, per-payment caps and daily and monthly limits
Signed, single-use receipts your wallet verifies before paying
A replayable audit trail of every payment decision
Human review for anomalies, agent inventory, access reviews and risk scores
A company freeze switch and company-wide blocklists
SSO and SCIM with Entra ID, Okta and Google Workspace (Enterprise)

FOR SELLERS AND FACILITATORS

Sellers can declare payout wallets, show a free grade badge, and fund a test of their own endpoint (the money goes back to their payout wallet; the grade comes only from the test)
Facilitators can screen each payment before settling it: sanctions, an unexpected payout wallet, a price above the quote. 10,000 checks a month free

PRICING Free: scores, verdicts, spending-rule checks and the MCP server. Builder: $9/month (3 agents, 30-day audit trail). Business: $49/month (25 agents, 1-year audit trail, human review). Enterprise: custom, with SSO and SCIM. Pay by card or in USDC with x402.

SECURITY PayCheck never holds or routes anyone's money: agents pay sellers directly. Keys are stored only as hashes, card billing is handled by Stripe, the scoring formula is public, and grades can't be bought.
